Thanks for your suggestion. I found a site-library named (Flint Skin - Volume) for my requirement. It suits to my requirement 80%.

Clarification:
I am trying to add a widget ("Recent Posts") to my right side of the content. But i could not find a way to do the same. Could you please throw some ideas and suggestions to do the same.

you can add Sidebars to pages / posts / archives via the Customizer > Layout > Sidebars.
Once they are applied you just just need to add a widget to them.
