Need help with showing header image on page

So, by default, I guess header images only display on posts pages? What code can I edit to force the header image to also display on "pages" that don't have any posts?

Not too sure what you mean?
Do you mean featured images/images set through the Page Header add-on?
Or your header image set through "Customize > Site Identity"?
