[Support request] Need Help for Insert Adsense Code

Hi, i have register to google adsense and approve, now i am using Advance Ads plugin in my sites.
But with this plugin the ads appear in homepage at the header.
actually i just want to insert the advertisement just at post and side widget.

Can i insert adsense code just in post and side widget without using any plugin with this GP Theme? thank you
