Need Help for Insert Adsense Code

Hi, i have register to google adsense and approve, now i am using Advance Ads plugin in my sites.
But with this plugin the ads appear in homepage at the header.
actually i just want to insert the advertisement just at post and side widget.
Can i insert adsense code just in post and side widget without using any plugin with this GP Theme? thank you

you can add the adSense script to the site using the Hooks Element, which provides display rules:
