[Resolved] Need a Security Plugin Recommendation for My Setup

Hi. I have my site setup according to your recommendations, and it’s pretty awesome to have a site this fast and that gets great speed scores right out of the box with the correct setup.

I’m using Kinsta, plus your theme and the premium plugin, and Autoptimize.

But I noticed with Kinsta, they don’t have any security plugin recommendations other than the really expensive ones like Securi, and I don’t want to use Securi or Cloudflare, because I’m enjoying the Premium DNS setup with Kinsta, etc.,

So do you have any recommendations for a security plugin?

On my previous site, I used WP Cerber, and it was really good. I already miss it. But I don’t want to drag down the performance of the site (although I’m not sure WP Cerber would drag it down – perhaps I should just test it and see?).

Hi there,

all Security plugins will have some impact on performance, although it should not be that noticeable.

A lot of users go for iThemes Security or Wordfence if not Cerber.
