[Resolved] Need a page builder to build my site in Generatepress?

Hello guys, I would like to revamp my site with generatepress, I was wondering if would be enough with GP and sections addon, or I will need to code or need a page builder to build it up…?

Hi there,

the GP Sections add-on with a grid plugin and some HTML / CSS knowledge would be a good option. You will probably need to add some HTML and CSS to do some of the finer details.

The lightweight grid plugin is a good option. There has been a recent bug since WP 5.1 where the LGC button wasn’t displaying which is being fixed in the next update which will be released for Alpha testing next week. Shortcodes still work.

We also been developing a new Section Block for the Block Editor. We’re just waiting for a bug in Gutenberg to be fixed that could lead to content lock-in… looks hopeful this is gonna be resolved soon and we hope to add Section Block to an upcoming update.
