Navigation Width

I have set the Navigation Width and Inner Navigation Width to Full, yet everything is contained within the 1200px Container Width setting. Also, when I export the settings and import them into a different demo site where "Full Width" works correctly, all the content on the demo site then reverts to the Container Width setting.
Hi there,
can you go to Appearance > Elements and look to see if there are two Hooks that are adding a Full Container.
