Navigation search in AMP not working

Hi,
The Navigation Search is not showing when using the "AMP for GeneratePress" plugin. This plugin. Otherwise, the search works when this plugin is inactive with the official AMP plugin turned on. But if I don't use this plugin, I am getting validation errors in AMP, so I have to use it.
Any solution?

the GP navigation search requires Javascript which is not supported by AMP, so the GP AMP plugin removes that function. You would need to add a standard Search Widget to replace this function in AMP.
