Navigation position below header not working

Hello,
I´m trying to position my navigation below de header on my home but it´s not working. It´s always floating to the right.
I need help fixing this issue, it´s driving me nuts...
Any suggestion!!!!

I don´t have any cache plugin activated.
When I go to the customizer and change to below header it changes ok, then save it. But then when go to my site the header is again to the right
When something works in customizer preview but not on live site, 99% of the time it's a caching issue.
Any server caching?
