Navigation not sticky

I'm using the generate press premium setting for sticky navigation, but it's behaving oddly - the logo sticks to the top of the screen, and the hamburger menu does as well, but the mobile navigation itself is only fixed to the top of the screen (and opens on the left side despite the hamburger menu being on the right). I've tried adjusting the CSS, but nothing seems to be working.
Any ideas?

The sticky navigation should work by default without any additional CSS.
The site you linked requires username and password so we can't see the issue unfortunately.
Any chance you can unlock it or provide the login info?
