navigation menu item not able to select from home page help

Hi, my main menu item : products is not able to select from the home page.
Also when hovering on the menu's in Safari, it is displaying below the first section heading.
I have used a custom menu for the Products as there is no actual page, just subpages.

I think I fixed it... z-index was 1 in custom css
Looks like it is working to me :)
