Navigation logo in page header overwrite normal logo?

Hi,
I am using a navigation logo in yellow with navigation logo set to 'Sticky + Static'. Sticky Navigation enabled with transition 'Fade' and 'Hide when scrolling down'. No mobile menu enabled. No Site logo set, only a site icon.
As I am using a few page headers with full-screen photos, the yellow didn't quite "fit". So I used the logo section of the Page Header to add a white version of the logo. This nicely overrides the yellow logo for the transparent menu on top of the page header photo, but it ALSO overrides the yellow logo in the normal, drop-down logo. Since menu background is white, this effectively removes the logo...
Could you please tell me what I need to do to avoid the page-header logo overriding the normal navigation logo?
