    Hi,
I disabled the header and activated the navigation logo. I like it very much because on hover it shows the site title and it links to the homepage.
I disabled the home button then, but now I have two problems:
    1. In the main navigation, I would like to have the language switcher on the left of the navigation logo
    2. In the mobile view, the hamburger menu moved to the right. This is not nice, it would be better in the center or on the left. But the real problem is, that the slideout menu covers the navigation logo and I need a solution for this. I imagine, solutions could be
    a) to show the navigation logo in the slideout menu or to push the slideout menu down or
    b) to define the “home” button dashicon in the menu and to show only on mobile.
Please suggest a solution. Thank you.

Q1: Maybe display the language selection menu with a shortcode. You can get the shortcode with the plugin “Widget Shortcode” and then insert it via Elements left to the desired navigation logo.

    Q2: In the documentations

    https://docs.generatepress.com/collection/primary-navigation/

    and

    https://docs.generatepress.com/collection/slide-out-navigation/

you can find many solutions with many examples. Maybe it could help.

    Hi,
interesting the widget feature but I was thinking about a solution like this
https://generatepress.com/forums/topic/how-to-add-language-switcher-to-left-or-right-of-logo/ and I was not able to adapt the code to polylang.

About (2), I opted now for (b) following these indications

    Hi Bernard,

Just to make sure, the current issue is that the language switcher is on the right of the navigation logo and you want it on the left?

If so how is the language switcher added currently?

    Let me know ๐Ÿ™‚

    Hi Leo,
Some questions help to understand the problem better, thank you :).
The language switcher is the first item in the wordpress menu.
I think I will leave it as is for now because the polylang widget has a different look and I shall do some test before integrating it.
