Navigation left sidebar

Hello, I am trying to set the navigation left in My Account after users logged in, I use Toolset Complete template options to set it up. but whatever I use Toolset or not, I don't see the navigation on the left side. what does the Navigation Left sidebar mean? How can I use a left side navigation bar? Thanks!

In order to use navigation in the left sidebar, the sidebar layout of that page needs to have a left sidebar:
