navigation background is not transparent anymore

Hi, i have the following problem:
on an older website the navigation background is not transparent anymore since the update that the header is separated from the pages in the backend.
How can i activate merge or make the navigation background transparent again only on the "Home" page ?

can you check the Legacy Page Header settings, the header is still merged just the color for the nav is set to #efefef

Yes, but the client like the grey background and so i didn't change it
