[Support request] My website logo is not loading

Actually my header logo is not loading. I am only able to see some text.

Hi there,

the image URL is 404’ing. Try renaming the original logo, upload it and re-add it to the Site Identity

I did the same but nothing changed. I am editing my site in chrome browser and the logo is perfectly showing in the browser but in other browsers it’s not loading.
Can you please help me to find the problem?
And I am using child theme of Generatepress .

Is this happening on a specific page? I’m seeing the logo without any issues.

Hi there,

still seeing 404 messages on the logo.
Can you flush your autoptimize cache ( and any server caches ), if it still persists flush them again and disable the autoptimize plugin.
