my site speed is very slow

hi I used cloudways server but my website

https://www.sarkariexamhelp.com is very slow. when i check in gt matric it says that "The following images are resized in HTML or CSS. Serving scaled images could save 159.5KiB (78% reduction)". admin plz solve my issue. I also attached screen shot and gtmatrix link. plz check

Sounds like the images need to be optimized.

You can use a site like this to do so and just re-upload the image:
