My Posts display isn't my Content Block Template

Hi,
I'am creating a new site and I try to use your "Content template Block Element" for the time.
I'am using one your template of Content template but I can't display it in my "actualité" page (--> http://www.speleo-doubs.com/wordpress/actualites/).
There is only one Post for the moment, but its appearance isn't the same as the template...
Of course, I've choosen the place "page/actualité" in the settings of my Content Block.
Where is my mistake please ?

I've added the same "banner" (makes with Elements) in my BlogPage (–> http://www.speleo-doubs.com/wordpress/actualites/)as the other pages.
But I can't understand why the image isn't the same ???
I thought to disable "featured image" before of course in this block "Banner".
I've solved my problem !

I can't find where to reduce the space between my banner block and the content on mobile.
Can you help me ?
Hi there,
most of the space is coming from the Themes padding.
Go to Customizer > Layout > Container - switch to Mobile view and reduce the Top Padding.
