[Resolved] My Next Page tab on Archives is showing no content even though there should be

When I click on Next page on my archives, it comes up with a 404 ‘Oops! That page can’t be found’ but there should be.

Hi there,

Any chance you can disable all plugins and custom functions except GP Premium and GenerateBlocks to eliminate conflicts from other plugins first?

Make sure to activate the parent theme if you are using a child theme as well.

I have disabled the plugins that I could, but I didn’t want to disable Easy Digital Download plugins, and a couple of others I need to keep. I still get the same issue.

This shouldn’t be a theme issue so further debugging might be required.

Can you try resaving the permalink first?

If that doesn’t help, can you start a staging site and activate a Twenty series WP theme to test?

And staging is site is something your hosting service will likely offer – it’s used for debugging or updating your site.

I arranged a staging site and checked it out. It wasn’t working on a WP theme either, but I got to the bottom of it. I had a full stop in Category Base. Thanks for your help with this.
