My eCommerce site has TLSv1 enabled and I want it removed

I was struggling with "mixed content errors" a few days ago, and I finally have that solved. However, when I go to "whynopadlock.com" to check my site, it says that I have TLSv1 enabled which is outdated and not good for my credit card customers. Can you offer me some suggestions as to what I should do about this? Thanks so much!

I believe that's something you need to bring up with your hosting company.
