My calculator no longer fires after I reinstalled GP Premium

I reinstalled my GP both the theme and the Gp Premium because I was having issues with my Elementor Templates. That issue was resolved but my Calculator no longer works at all. And I am at a loss. Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

I removed that code as Tom suggested. It still is not working although there is a new error.
Where did the code you are using come from?
Came from another site the client operates. And it works on my test site.
