Have them set as Authors and they can log in and create their own blog posts but not alter anyone elses

Thank you Sean. But how will I set up more then one blog in the best way? Let's say I want three blogs. Blog1, Blog2 and Blog3. I want to have one page for each blog with some information about the blogger and the just the blog feed.

Is the best way to keep every blogger as a category maybe?

You could use a plugin like this to add a short code to each blog page and filter by the Author

Sorry don't get it...
I use WP show posts and I get a short code by category. I cant get i by authors... Is that possible?

Not used WP Show Posts before - just had a quick look and it does mention using Author ID - looking at the screenshot here:

Marcus, in WPSP on the More Settings you can set the Author ID you want to display.
You can get the ID# by editing the User and checking the URL.

So what exactly will I put in the Author ID? Can't really find how to put an ID on a Author, sorry...
