Moving from DIVI - OMG Creating content is awful

OMG I can't believe how difficult this is to use. I am trying to post, and want to change paragraph order around, and I cannot even drag and drop text! Is there something wrong I am doing?

Not exactly sure if I understand.
Are you referring to the block editor?
If so you can move paragraphs around with the up and down arrows:

If you are struggling with the WP core block/Gutenberg editor then I'd recommend watching some videos or reading some tips on Google.
Since it's not theme-specific, there should be lots of learning resources out there.
