moving current site to GP Premium without downtime

I want to move all the content of my current live website, which uses the Woo Storefront theme, to GP Premium. What's the most efficient way to do this?
Hi there,
No content should be lost when you switch a theme as they should be stored in the WordPress database and not in the theme.
