Hey Tom,
I want to add a mouseover effect to the post_thumbnail in the blog overview page.
Similar to this: http://www.freundedeshauses.eu/arbeiten.html
Can you tell me which template I need to grab for manipulation?

That would require some pretty decent custom programming.
