More functions with or without license key?

Hey!
Just installed GP on my both web places. I wondering if this different with or without register key for this themes. If i use this more than 5 places or some like that. I saw in my account i not register my first web place or other places. (include Localhost server in my PC.)
If that necessary to register or not?

The license key simply gives you access to updates through your Dashboard.
All the functionality is the same with or without the license key.

you are welcome to update manually updated the zip file in the invoice? Or do I use the API key for the update?
You can do either.

If the license key is added inside "Appearance > GeneratePress", the update can be done through the "Plugins" or "Dashboard > Updates" area.
