#More added to the URLs

I want to remove #more... from the URL after clicking on "Read More" and I found this:

Can I use Elements instead installing third party plugin to insert that code?

Hi there,

Hooks can only be used for outputing content / data. So that filter function needs to be added to either you child theme functions or the codes snippets plugin
