Modifying Pivot Theme

Hi,
I am not a developer so please bear with me. I imported the Pivot theme to test on a development server and I can see how to modify various elements of the theme except for the part of the Home Page where it says "Your business is amazing. Show the world with Pivot." I know it is somewhere in the settings to modify the text and image I am just not sure where. I am not even sure if this is the heading.
Some pointers of where to start would be appreciated.

For the home page I see where to do it!In the Elements section under Home Header. But how do I modify the others like Services? Every other part of the page gives me the option to modify things except for the header of the page.

Yup Header Elements is where you need to go.
The other pages are also using a header element but with {{post_title}} as the content which automatically displays the post/page title:
