Modify "Lets Work together" in Split Theme

This is a pretty simple question, but I can't seem to find it anywhere! But in the Split theme, at the top of the homepage it says "Let's work together" and two buttons Get Started and Contact Us
(1) How do I change the "let's work together text?
(2) Is there a way to change the two buttons (text, and link location)?

go to Appearance > elements - in there is a Header element - edit that :)
