Modifiying top banner

Hi, I created the top banner on our companies intranet website a few years ago and I need to edit it so I can add a link to it but for the life of me, I can't seem to figure out where I need to go so I can change this.

Hi there,
first place to check is the Appearance > Widgets -> Top Bar.
second place is in Appearance > Elements - could be in a Hook element
The widget screenshot didn't show the widgets area.
If the widget area is empty, it could be added by a plugin.
If you can link us to your site we might be able to help.

I mean you might've added the topbar using some plugin, just pure guessing without seeing the site.
No I don't believe so. I am pretty sure I created the header using GeneratePress.
Then the 2 only places I can think of is widgets area and elements.
