Mobile view has a sidebar

I don't know if this is an issue or not but I am having problems with my site indexing (i have messaged before about it in this forum)

Basically, most of my pages just won't index into google but index perfectly fine on bing.

For the most part, when I do a Live URL view - there is no problem - but occasionally and sporadically an error of "text too small" and "elements too close" shows on the Live URL view.

After countless attempts at fixing it, I noticed that on one of my sites, while in mobile view, there isn't a sidebar - pretty normal for a mobile view.

But with the site I'm having issues with, I can swipe to the right and there is a small empty sidebar (i can only imagine it supposed to be a side bar)

This is my problematic site, The content displays normally but I can scroll to the right to reveal a type of sidebar in mobile view.

How can i fix this and could this be causing my indexing issues and other issues.
