Mobile version of my site is broken and disfigured

Hi there,
So I've set up a staging site as I'm moving the site in question to generate press. This new version looks great within my editor and on my chrome tabs. But when I go incognito on my desktop or phone the site looks broken. Everything is out of place, there's no coloured background.
What the editor is showing is completely different to the site when I go incognito, thanks.

Can you try clearing the site's cache and see if the disfiguration issue still occurs?
