Mobile Tablet Menu Submenu problem

On Mobile or tablet version, when I press Menu (the 3 lines typical symbol) I can t see anything. All is white. I checked everything, desktop and mobile options, and nothing =(
In desktop it looks perfect.
Somebody could help me, please?

Hi there,
you are using the Slideout navigation on mobile - go the Customizer > Menus - select the menu you wish to display and under display locations check the Slideout navigation.
