Mobile Speed Issue

I know this issue has been reported by many on the forum but I am not able to figure out what is causing the slow site loading speed for my website despite everything done as per the guidelines.
FYI,
The site is also using Wp-rocket caching on Kinsta hosting. Wp-rocket caching for mobile is enabled.
GP premium is installed.
Desktop theme speed score is 100 while the Mobile theme score is less than 40 :(
Also tested on Gtmetrix and mobile speed is more than 20 seconds while at the same time the same page is having 3 seconds load time for the desktop site.
So there is definitely something wrong with Mobile site loading. Tried with our without Wp-rocket but no improvements in load time.
Can you please help in this matter to find out the root cause.

mobile speed reports are a simulated report, and don't relay true world activity. I tested the Site on my mobile, I am based in London, and that page loads in around 2 seconds.
There are improvements that can be made which the GT Metrix report provides a lot of info on. One of the easier ones to fix is to reduce the HTTP Requests by combining and minimizing external JS and CSS files, there is in option in WP Rocket to do that.
The other culprits are related to the 3rd party requests such as google services etc. not much you can do about these.
But the reality is the site loads real fast anyhow.
