Mobile Site Not Updating

I run half a dozen sites and recently I've found that after updating a blog and deleting the old header image the blog does not update on mobile.
I also saw this with products as well so it may not be GP.

Any recommendations?

Hi there,
sounds like a caching issue - which can be at many levels from plugin, server, browser and ISP/Router.
I checked the Post ( :) ) an d i see the same image on desktop and mobile .... which kinda points to a local caching issue ( browser or ISP/Router ).
