Mobile responsive issue

I'm having problems with my website (carcarecoaches.com) loading properly on mobile for android devices. When it loads, the home page appears to be in desktop format. I've tested it on iphone and it's fine.

Hi Adam,
It seems you are using a page builder to build the page, GP has no control over these contents.
It looks this section has its own CSS:

I would recommend:
1. Clear cache and disable all the cache plugins to test.
2. Reach out to the page builder's support.
