mobile padding for content

There is an option for mobile header padding but I am not using a header on my site.
Is there anywhere I can set mobile padding values for content? I've already set mobile padding values to zero in the Page Builder I am using but something seems to be overriding those values cuz there's still padding when I check the site on my phone.
Ideally I would like just the logo image to be full with on the mobile view and the menu buttons to be about 10px from the edge of viewport on right and left side.
Please view my test site on a phone. Desktop is fine.
