Mobile Menu Stopped Working

I'm not sure I see what you mean.

I just checked the page you've linked and the off-canvas menu seems to be loading fine on both my laptop and my phone.

Can you try clearing the browser cache and visit the page again?

I’ve cleared my cache multiple times over the last few days and still can’t see anything when I click the hamburger icon on mobile. The icon turns into the open ‘X’ but no menu appears. I’ve had my host clear the cache as well. Can you confirm that it still works for you?

Can you try clear cache and disable all other plugins (especially cache plugin) except GP Premium to test?
