Mobile menu outside the canvas is not displayed and I get the mobile menu below

I don't understand what happened because I haven't updated any plugin or theme but now the mobile menu that I have set to menu outside the canvas and only for mobile, doesn't work well:
1. In the mobile version the menu is not displayed
2. And in the desktop version, I get the mobile menu below the footer.
