Mobile Menu Not Working

I know you guys get a lot of "mobile menus not working" but I've tried just about everything suggested here. I disabled all caching and plugins and still, nothing seems to work. I tested it on Saucelabs and my own phones and it still doesn't work. I am open to suggestions on other things to check? Thanks!
Hi there,
see this article here:
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/off-canvas-panel-overview/#empty-off-canvas-navigation
David, are you suggesting that I use an off panel canvas? I don't have one now.
Yup, the off canvas panel not working on multiple mobile devices. Works in the preview when you create the menu but not on a live mobile device. I'm out of ideas at this point.
The site you linked me to is already using the Off Canvas Panel.
You just need to either:
a) assign a Menu to the Off Canvas in Appearance > Menus.
b) Or disbale the Off Canvas Panel in Customizer > Layout > Off Canvas.
David, I've done all of these options multiple times and I can't get a mobile menu to work. I've turn it on and I've turned it off. Nothing.
Looks like it's working now?

Leo, I tried it on a Galaxy S9 and an iPhone 11 and both are not working. I'm doing this through a mobile testing application called Saucelabs and my own devices. I am wondering if it has something to do with AMP pages vs. normal ones. I'm ready to move to a new theme if I can't figure this out. It's killing my traffic.
Are all plugins except GP premium disabled right now?
Please start a staging site if you aren't able to do this.
I highly doubt it's a GP issue - this support forum would be flooded with this topic as it's a very obvious issue.
No, but I have disabled them all in the past and tested and it was still the same. Let me start a staging site and see what happens. This will take a while...

We would need to see this - preferably in a staging site environment.
We've got the same issue with our site on iPhone 12. I don't have the tools to debug the phone version of chrome. Also broken in safari.
Actually - inspecting with chrome in responsive mode it's also broken
Hi Simon,
Please open a new topic and link us to the page in question:

Make sure to try #1 here first too:

can I just be clear you want me to completely duplicate this thread? mad
You don't need to duplicate this thread.
Just open a new topic, describe your problem, then provide a link to your site and make sure all plugins except GP Premium is disabled.
Thanks.
