Mobile menu not sticky

Hi!
I'm having trouble getting the mobile menu to stay visible as people scroll down the page. I've deactivated all plugins except for GP Premium and have the latest version of everything and cleared my browser cache. Wondering what I'm doing wrong?
In Customizer, I have Sticky Navigation turned to 'on.'
Transition: None
Unchecked hide while scrolling
No logo image
And set the height to 38px.

You are using the mobile header option so make sure to turn on the sticky option there:
