Mobile menu not opening

I've developing a website based on the Flint Skin navigator flint skin. I've placed the mobile menu at the top of the page, but clicking the hamburger won't open the menu. What is going wrong and what can I do about it?

Hi there,
you have the Slideout Navigation selected, like the Primary and Secondary Nav you need to assign a menu to it.
