Mobile Menu not appearing on volume theme

the Volume Site uses a custom Hook to create the unique slideout navigation.
Have you removed anything from the Element > Hooks?

Hi David, thanks for getting back to me. No I haven't removed anything from elements.

In fact, I haven't created any hooks yet.

There is nothing in "Elements" when i imported the volume theme. Can you help me on what to do next?

Hmm, it's possible that the site didn't import all the way.

Here's a link to the Element import file: *removed*

Download it, then go to "Tools > Import" and upload it using the WordPress Importer.

Then you should see all of the Elements in the Elements area.

I installed Volume, but there are no Elements installed at all. Did I do it wrong? I don't want to ruin the customizations I've made since install. You seem to have linked to a download for the elements in this ticket, but I don't see them here. Is there a way I can get those?
