Hi, David,
as I asked you in the previous ticket I have a layout and visualization problem with the Mobile MenuIn the 2 sites, I am using GeneratePress with the Liberte – Flint Skin theme.
Last night I spent 3 hours figuring out why I now see the mobile menu this way, ie the “Menu Label” is placed under the 3 dashes.
See Mobile Menu 1 : https://ibb.co/zFxpGxt
I saw that the Layout height is 120px and I didn’t understand how I can modify it but above all how it has changed!
I tried everything, everything, I tried to change the image with a height of 60px, to change the size of the characters to change height (Menu Item Height) but the “Menu Label” is always down there … there is nothing I can do remains in that way.
While in another site always with the same settings (GeneratePress with the Liberte theme – Flint Skin)
I see it in the correct way with the “Menu Label” next to the 3 dashes. This is the visualization I like.
See Mobile Menu 2: https://ibb.co/9hM4b85
In this case height is 60 px and you can see the logo, dashes and “Menu Label”
What I realized is being managed by class = “inside-navigation grid-container grid-parent” but I don’t know how to change it.
How do I set “Menu Label” to the side of the 3 dashes?
I wait for your instructions
Thank you

StaffCustomer SupportHi there,
can you provide a link to the site where the menu label is ‘broken’?
You can edit your original topic and use the Site URL field to share the link privately.

Hi David I think it’s due to the fact that I was installing a Plugin on another site because I also get the same error.
Now I see the site and from the mobile there is the error of the mobile menu.
Some menu links lead to page 404 to see if it works.
Let me know
Thank you

StaffCustomer SupportThis CSS is causing the alignment issue for the mobile toggle and label:
https://www.screencast.com/t/3JbpVjwXIt should go back to normal if you remove it:

StaffCustomer SupportI can’t tell where the code is coming from as you have some caching plugin activated.
Have you checked your custom CSS?
If it’s not in there then it might be coming from a plugin.

Thanks Leo
the css button span Siteground…, I think it is that of the plugin SG Siteground
This is the plugin that by default installs SiteGround.com on wordpressDo you think it’s sufficient to delete the plugin and then reinstall?
Or should I report to siteground support?
ThanksAugust 12, 2019 at 10:40 am #982285Leo
StaffCustomer SupportI’m not sure what the plugin supposed to provide functionaility-wise.
Is it necessary?
If so then might be good to check with their support to see if that CSS can be removed.

Leo, I disabled all the functions to see if the problem went away but it is still there.
When you look for the siteground button span you can’t find it anymore but the menu is always that way.
So what do you advise me to do?
Contact Siteground support or can we delete this CSS?
Thank you

StaffCustomer SupportDisabling the SiteGround plugin allows me to the source of the code.
The problematic CSS is coming from OptimizePress.

I would never have understood this!
My knowledge in this field is limited.OptimizePress I’m using it because it allows me to use OptimizeMember.
I have no intention of creating pages with OptimizePress but it is necessary to manage the Membership.Ok I confirm, I deactivated and the menu returns to normal
Then reactivate OptimizePress and the menu breaksNow how can we solve this?
Let me know what we can do
Thank you

StaffCustomer SupportHave you tried checking with their support if that CSS is required?
If not can you remove it within the plugin?

No at this time I have not contacted OptimizePress support. I must do it?
I am currently working on membership and I have no problems except the mobile menu 🙂
As I said I am not going to use OptimizePress2 because in a few months the new version will be released. They will also update OptimizeMember by the end of the year.
I hope this css does not affect membership, otherwise I will ask them.
If you tell me what to take away, I can try.
Thank you
