Mobile menu different to desktop menu

I have tried several different ways to change the menu on the mobile view but it doesn't seem to change from being the social media menu even though the main menu on desktop is a different menu. Can you please help me change the menu on mobile view.

The mobile menu is currently using the one that is assigned to the off canvas menu under theme location:
