Hi when viewing the website on a mobile device, or using the inspector but sending that it is a mobile device (apple and samsung s5 for sure) the logo on the top of the page shows up as a broken link – but the logo is definitely there. I ‘open image in new tab’ and it shows up. Something seems to be the matter.
I checked to make sure it isn’t an http/https problem, which it doesn’t seem to be. I checked for problems with plugins – nothing. Themes – nothing.
Please help!! You can reproduce this issue using the browser inspector I believe.
thanks!

StaffCustomer SupportIt is absolutely working for me. My screenshot is from actual iPhone.
Have you tested on an actual mobile device?

StaffCustomer SupportOk I’ve now tested on my phone, my iPad and my wife’s phone and the logo loads fine on all devices.
Can you try using your phone with incognito mode and test it?
Can you show a screenshot if it still doesn’t work?

Lead DeveloperLead DeveloperIt could have something to do with the retina logo. Can you try removing the retina logo in “Customize > Site Identity” to see if it fixes the issue?

Hmm I added that in to fix the problem. Now when I pulled it out it seems okay – I’ll double check on my phone.
thanks!

Do I need the retina logo? My original logo is retina ready I believe.

Lead DeveloperLead DeveloperThe retina logo is simply an image that is twice the size of what it displays as. If your logo looks good on high definition screens, then you’re good without it 🙂
