Mobile layout setting

Good morning to all of you.
I would appreciate any suggestion or solution ;-) for this problem.
The Desktop version (file desk.jpg) OK and fits up to a certain resolution.
In the mobile version, however, I can not understand how to get the image 1B below the text and not above (mobile-01 and mobile-02 files).
I've tried all of them but either I get horrors or I always have the image above the text.
I would like a solution like that (file mobile-02) 1C and 2C
I hope I am clear at least the images look clear to me.

are you using the GenerateBlocks Grid Block ?
If so see this document:

There is an Order field that allows you to change the layout on Tablet and Mobile responsive views.
Order values accept negative values. So for 2 column grid you could just set the 2nd column to -1 and it will appear above the first column.
