Mobile Layout for Tablet in Landscape

Hi Guys
Ive looked in the customize settings, and also in the forums, cant seem to find anything.
Basically, is there a way to force mobile header and menus etc in Landscape mode on tablets?

Ive tried changing to various sizes, but cant seem to get it to change?

Ive managed to rearrange the current header without initiating the mobile header.
