Mobile Header not showing on homepage

Hi,
My mobile header is not showing on the homepage (Mobile Header is ON). It appears when I scroll down (sticky is set to ON.) It shows up on other pages (some have secondary nav, and others don't ie. Contact Us). I don't know what setting I messed up, it used to work fine. I disabled the GP Page Headers module because I thought I wasn't using it, but maybe that's where I went wrong?
I am using Elementor 2.1.4 with GP 2.1.3.
Any help is appreciated.
Hi there,
You have negative top margin added for Elementor which is blocking the mobile header:

Removing that should fix it.
