Mobile Header - Logo, Menü & Search

I would like to change the header in the mobile view on one of my pages like on this page here: https://www.computerbase.de
This site doesn't use the GeneratePress theme, but I think it should work with that.
Logo in the middle, menu button without the word menu on the left and the search button on the right.
Is it possible to do it the way I imagine it?
