The hamburger position, padding and size is displaying differently on iPhone vs. Android

I want to apply custom css ONLY to safari browser and leave the other custom mobile css "as is"
Hi there,
I'm not aware of a CSS solution that only targets a certain browser unfortunately - it's not something the theme can control.
What is the issue without any custom CSS?
It seems to look pretty good to me?
